On Tuesday evening 24 children from years 4 and 5 had the amazing opportunity to sing at the O2 Arena. We took part in a concert called Voice in a Million-7500 children were there to sing together and raise awareness about orphans and adoption around the world. We took a coach to the O2, which loomed up like a large flying saucer, after we saw all the new buildings being erected for the Olympics in 2012. When we got there, we had to register and find our seats. We each got a T-shirt and had a practice with all the other children. 7500 children is a lot of voices to co-ordinate. After dinner the concert got going for real, and we had a great time, waving our glowsticks and singing along to the choir on stage. The coach back was silent-everyone was sleeping! Thank you Mrs Cooper and Mrs France for organising the event. We were lucky to get to go to London, but EVERYONE is going for take one picture!
